BOYS FINISHED 6TH, GIRLS 13TH AT MINSTER IN TRACK
APRIL 18, 2026 – MINSTER
In a very competitive invitational at Minster, Covington’s boys finished 6th out of 15 teams with 42 points and the girls finished 13th with 11 points.

2026 SCHOOL HOUSE PARK ROCKS FESTIVAL

The Covington Events Association is hosting the 2nd Annual School House Parks Rocks Festival on May 15th and 16th — Celebrating America’s 250th Anniversary. This two day event will bring the Village of Covington and the surrounding areas together through music, food, fun and community spirit.
A 3on3 BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT IS SCHEDULED IN MAY

Hosted by the Covington Bucc Boosters, a 3on3 Basketball Tournament scheduled for May 30th and May 31st will provide benefits for the Covington Buccaneers basketball program.

Members of the Covington community honored A.J. Ouellette for his accomplishment of capturing a Grey Cup Championship with the Saskatchewan Roughriders and how he has represented Covington throughout his life.

Covington fell behind 9-3 against Russia, but was able to regroup over the next four innings to capture a thrilling 12-9 comeback victory on the road.
BUCCS RECORD HUGE 10-3 WIN OVER RIVERSIDE

The Covington Buccaneers defeated Riverside 10-3 to record their second straight victory to improve their record to 5-7 overall and 4-3 in the TRC.
LADY BUCCS DOMINATED RIVERSIDE AGAIN

The Lady Buccs run-ruled Riverside in five innings for the second time this season and the final score was 26-7 on the home field.
